The YKE2405M-2A-IO is a high-performance one-to-two stepper driver based on a new generation of 32-bit DSP technology. It operates at DC 20-50V and features two motor inputs, simultaneously supporting two-phase open-loop stepper motors with a continuous current output up to 4.0A (RMS) and a flange size of 42/57mm. The driver allows for setting the current and speed via DIP switches when adapting to different motors. The driver uses a self-generated pulse speed control mode, with four DIP switches offering 16 speed settings, or allowing arbitrary speed settings within the range via a host computer. It features three opto-isolated digital inputs and one alarm output. Internally, it employs a servo-like control principle, unique circuit design, and superior software algorithms, ensuring smooth low-speed motor operation. Precise current control technology significantly reduces motor heat generation, making it ideal for applications requiring low heat generation, low noise, high stability, and high precision.
