The YKD2204M is a high-performance stepper driver based on a new generation of 32-bit DSP technology, with a drive voltage of DC18~36V. It is compatible with various models of two-phase hybrid stepper motors with peak current below 2.2A and outer diameters of 20mm, 28mm, 35mm, and 42mm.
      Internally, this driver employs a servo-like control principle, a unique circuit design, and superior software algorithm processing, resulting in excellent performance in terms of motor smoothness, noise, and vibration. Smooth and precise current control technology significantly reduces motor heat generation. It features external 4-level constant torque microstepping with a maximum of 32 microsteps; optocoupler-isolated common-anode signal input for strong anti-interference capabilities; and overvoltage and undervoltage protection functions. In medium- and low-speed applications such as medical equipment, dispensing machines, and laser engraving, its advantages in smoothness, low vibration, and low noise are significant, greatly improving equipment performance.
