The MSD400 automatic dispensing motion control system features four motor control axes, supporting automatic dispensing control for 3-axis dispensing, 3-axis + dual Y-axis, and 3-axis + rotary R-axis. The handheld programmer uses a 5-inch LCD touchscreen with a rich programming menu, simplified programming methods, and improved efficiency. The main interface displays motion trajectory and speed curves in real time, providing a clear and user-friendly experience. The main memory card has 128MB, capable of storing 500 files, each supporting 4000 instructions, and can be adjusted as needed. DXF files, processing files, default parameter files, and system parameter files can be imported and exported via USB flash drive with one click, facilitating interaction with the dispensing machine. The control system adopts an ARM+FPGA control scheme, boasting powerful computing capabilities, a 1ms speed refresh time, and superior motion control acceleration and deceleration performance.
