Description
The MCC1200P is a PCI bus-based motion control card used to control stepper motors and servo systems. It performs motion planning via ARM and FPGA, outputs pulse commands, and can simultaneously control 1-12 axis servo or stepper motors, with a maximum frequency of 4MHz per axis. It can detect input signals from 8-axis encoders. It supports linear and circular interpolation, trapezoidal and S-shaped acceleration/deceleration point-to-point motion control, and speed and position changes during motion. Position commands can be output using a single-channel pulse (pulse + direction) or dual-channel pulse (CW + CCW pulse); it can be a differential output circuit or a single-ended output circuit. The MCC400P/MCC800P/MCC1200P comes with a terminal board featuring multiple general-purpose I/O channels, supporting high-speed position latching and position comparison output, and external bus I/O expansion, greatly satisfying customers’ various I/O control needs.
This product comes with a dynamic link library for Windows XP/Win7, making it easy for customers to write their own application software. It also provides Motion debugging software, which can demonstrate the functions of this card and test the operation of the motion control card, motors and drives, and motion platform.
