The KD2405M/YKD2408M is a high-performance digital stepper driver based on a new generation of 32-bit DSP technology, with a drive voltage of DC20~50V/DC20~80V. It uses a single power supply. It is compatible with various models of two-phase hybrid stepper motors with an outer diameter of 42mm, 57mm, and 86mm and a current of less than 4.0A.

      This driver employs a servo-like control principle internally, featuring a unique circuit design and superior software algorithm processing. Even under low microstepping conditions, it ensures smooth low-speed motor operation with virtually no vibration or noise. Smooth and precise current control technology significantly reduces motor heat generation. It includes external 16-level constant torque microstepping with a maximum of 200 microsteps; optocoupler-isolated differential signal input for strong anti-interference capabilities; and fault protection functions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, and overcurrent protection. In medium- and low-speed applications such as dispensing machines and laser engraving, its advantages in stability, low vibration, and low noise are significant, greatly improving equipment performance.
