The SSD2505PR employs next-generation 32-bit DSP control and power angle control technologies, achieving a maximum speed exceeding 3000 rpm. Its high-speed torque attenuation is significantly lower than that of ordinary open-loop drivers, greatly improving the high-speed performance and torque utilization of stepper motors, effectively reducing motor heat generation and vibration, thereby enhancing machining efficiency and precision.
      The driver integrates bus communication and single-axis controller functions. Bus communication uses an RS485 interface, supporting the standard MODBUS-RTU protocol, allowing users to control up to 30 drivers simultaneously. The driver also features abundant input/output interfaces for single-axis motion control functions such as position control, speed control, and homing. Compared to traditional stepper drivers, this driver is particularly suitable for applications involving long distances, strong interference environments, and multiple motor control.
