The YKE2608PR bus-type stepper motor driver is a digital stepper driver that adds bus communication and single-axis controller functionality. Bus communication uses an RS-485 interface and supports the standard MODBUS-RTU protocol.
Functionally, this driver can completely replace traditional pulse-direction control stepper drivers. The driver has built-in bus communication capabilities using MODBUS bus communication, allowing users to control up to 31 drivers simultaneously. The driver has abundant input/output interfaces for single-axis motion control functions such as position control, speed control, and homing. Compared to traditional stepper drivers, this driver is particularly suitable for applications requiring long-distance, multi-motor control. Because of its single-axis control function, users do not need to purchase additional controllers to meet their control requirements, thus significantly reducing design costs.

Featuring a new generation of 32-bit DSP technology, this system offers high cost-effectiveness, excellent stability, low noise, and low vibration.
It utilizes an RS-485 isolated bus, supports the standard MODBUS-RTU protocol,
and can connect up to 31 devices .
Users can configure current, microstepping, running speed, acceleration/deceleration time, and stroke via communication; control motor start/
stop; and query real-time motor status. It also supports multi-speed and multi-position modes.
Seven opto-isolated programmable input interfaces receive external control signals, enabling driver enable, start/stop, emergency stop, and
limit functions. Three opto-isolated programmable output interfaces output driver status and control signals
. Microstepping is adjustable from 400 to 51200 degrees, with smooth and precise current control and minimal motor heat generation.
Voltage range: DC24-110V, AC20-80V;
effective drive current adjustable below 6.0 A.
The driver features overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, and phase reversal protection functions.
